The TimMee Sea King helicopter has finally received its proper military aircraft insignia with the addition of the Star & Bars. This particular insignia was created in 1947 and included new red bars positioned within the existing white bars. It remains the official insignia to this day. The Sikorsky SH-3 began its service in 1961 with the U.S. Navy.
In addition to the 'copter update, a new (and very cool) cyan-blue color has been added to the classic Vietnam Era soldiers line-up. The castings are crisp with the bare minimum of flash. Now if we could just get the 'copter to match them...just for kicks.
