Desert Combat Patrol Joins the Ranks

It's been 25 long years since the introduction of what most fans consider to be an "incomplete" Desert Command Series from TimMee Toys. Well, one more piece of the puzzle is finally in place. With the release of the Desert Rescue 'Copter back in 2013, all that's left now is...well...you know. The waiting will be the hardest part.

The Lizard Tank

Here's an interesting find from fellow TimMee fanatic Clarence: the M60A2 Dominator tank sporting a fire-breathing lizard on the logo. He's a bit reminiscent of the Hanna-Barbera Godzilla cartoon from the late 70s. Neither Clarence nor I have ever seen this version before. (Have you?) So now we can add this to the list of M60A2 variants that includes the Desert Command Battle Tank, the original Dominator and the Thunder Crusher.
